Q: How long did it take until you began seeing some positive results?

Truthfully, I don't exactly remember. I worked with the doctor to wean her off the prescription medicine and then started her with one capsule in the morning and one at night. I know there wasn't enough change because we had to increase it to two in the morning and one at night. I would say it was probably about six months from beginning to end with positive results leading up to where she is at. She has been on this dose for going on three 1/2 years. I hope that helps.

Q: Help with anger management?

I find the mood support is very calming without making me sleepy. When I’m anxious it’s easier for me to lose my patience. This product helps take away any anxiety and is calming.

Q: Does this product contain yeast?

I read the ingredients twice, didn't see anything about yeast. I could be wrong, contact the company to be sure.
