Looks nothing like the photo in the listing.We asked them before ordering if the product was good for sprouting. They said yes.Received two orders of crushed buckwheat.They said they’d resend but I had to pay again.This is what they sent riddled with bugs.

Be aware of origin and potential quality standards. Would not recommend! Read the fine print in the sub menu on the ordering page re orgin and non return.

If you intend to eat this, beware of rocks. I've found 2 in only 3 servings. The second was smaller than I could see during rinsing and sorting. I nearly broke a tooth chewing. Given that some health benefitting components such as quercetin are not water soluble, it's better to eat the seeds with a good fat for better absorption than you can get by drinking tea.
