Stöckel Stainless Steel Professional Falafel Scoop Maker, (1.2" (XX-Small))

The small size description states that the diameter is 3 cm , so i ordered it, however i think they sent me the large one! The diameter is 4.3 cm!!! .. to be specific the model i wanted has a size of (1/85 , 35) as per stöckel manual, but the one i received is size (1/45, 50) am disappointed

Well made but not 100% stainless: handle is a lightly textured plastic material. Have mixed feelings about this - fairly pricy and I was expecting a powder coated metal handle. The positive is that it fully disassembles so it is easy to COMPLETELY CLEAN. Cleaning is difficult with most other falafel molds that are cheap molded/stamped metal that do not disassemble. I think this is an improvement on most crudely made falafel molds available, but not sure if the handle will stand up to splashing hot oil or if it merits the price premium I normally associate with high end German kitchen accessories. Keeping it because I have been looking for a finely finished falafel mold for a long time and this may be the only thing around. I might have put it back on the shelf if I had encountered it at a bricks and mortar store. I have the large size and this would correspond to most normal restaurant sized falafel.

Wenn sie unsicher sind ob der kleine Portionierer das richtige ist nehmen sie lieber ne Nummer größer. Das is schon sehr zeitaufwendig bei so kleinen Stücken..

Very hard to use. Falafel mix is not dropping fast making hot oil jump on your fingers and hand. Returned.
