Q: May I ask - whether there are insttruments with white key buttons? I ask because as I see on photo - it looks like more cream pearl buttons?

Hard to answer this question, I think what you see is what they have. I preferred the pearl buttons I think it looks a little classier with them then just white.

Q: Does this come witb a 4 year warranty?

The video included with the listing states that it comes with a one year warranty for parts and labor.

Q: Is this brand made in China?

I don’t believe so. It’s American based and I spoke with a rep from the company who was located in Miami, FL. That’s one of the main reasons I chose this brand, because I wanted to deal with an American company, American based. Hope that helps.

Q: What if after i try this instrument i feel it is not good quality. less than 1 week-can i return it?

this is a quality instrument, so unless you are at least 5 years of playing this is more then enuf horn, and the quality is second to nun, you can return it but it will not be because the horn is not quality
