Q: Can i use it before the shampoo, like a mask? i feel like the 2-3 minutes as a conditioner are not enough, and i wonder if it would be more effective?

I use it as a mask once every week or so, leaving it on for several hours under a cap, and I love the results. My hair is quite processed (bleached & colorful hairdye) and this makes it super smooth and ultra soft.... highly recommended as a mask

It has a pleasant smell kind of like flowers

Q: Can you please send us pump, I saw that another customer had the same issue of broken nozzles?

I also have a issue with the pumps on both bottles that I purchased. I am currently ordering replacement pumps. Seems no one received a reply back regarding broken pumps

Q: How do you get the pump open? I have pushed down and turned to counterclockwise but nothing? This is for both the shampoo and conditioner...ugh

take the pump out of the bottle, rinse off the product on the part that was in the bottle and dry. Hold the pump below the collar that screws onto the bottle and turn the spigot counterclockwise. I literally had to look it up online because I couldn't undo them either and it worked like a charm.
