Sadly, I have no idea - one if the worst phones I have ever had. Look for something else - don't waste your time and money.

No - this is an extremely - EXTREMELY BASIC flip phone. And one I would not buy again as the settings leave a lot to be desired.

I have had this phone for 3 months and still can’t figure it out. I hate it. I don’t know if it has a text reminder, or how to keep from having to reset the volume or forward a text. I want my old phone back.
