I do not use homeopathic medicines, but I bought this as anti-diarrheal pills in bottles and cherry Pepto seem to be hard to get. Even when I can get them- I can use a dose of both and still have issues. One reviewer said she was diabetic and on a med that causes diarrhea. I am on that med AND have IBS-D. This works better than Pepto or generic Immodium for me. No- It will not last 24 hours- but 5 pellets can stop my symptoms immediately for 8 hrs- without stomach cramps and bloating. Another reviewer said this was expensive, but you get 16 uses per tube. I don't get that many uses out of a bottle of Pepto- so I am good with that. I almost gave this 4 stars since it doesn't last 24hrs- but 8 hrs is good and at least I know it will work :)

Does what it claims to do. I’ve used for years as I can’t use anything else but this does the job.

The drug I’m taking to control glucose levels has a known and very common side effect of severe diarrhea and painful cramping in the gut. When I took one of these tiny tiny pills, it all stopped INSTANTLY! Most notably the cramping, which nothing has ever relieved before. So wonderful not to be doubled over in pain, but also not feeling like I couldn’t stray very far away from a bathroom. I’d give this stuff TEN STARS if I could.

This is the best homopathic medicine for diarrhea & very upset stomach. I use to use imodium & although it stopped the upset stools, it would give me a horrible headache & a few days later bad stomach pains. But I get NO SIDE EFFECTS using homopathic medicine & I love them.

They work..the container is difficult to use.
