Great value
Don't like the new Razr design, so I searched for a 2020 model. Found an Amazon renewed excellent and decided to give it a go. Phone appears to be in new condition, works perfectly, full battery capacity. Came with cord and wall charger, but no headphone adapter, no big deal. I got the phone I wanted for a very good price. Great value and very satisfied so far.

Definitely Not What I Expected
I think this is my first review. I've bought stuff from Amazon over the years. I read a few negative reviews about this phone but thought meh, everything gets a little hate here and there. So I ordered the phone because it was what I thought was a good deal. Far from it. I received the phone on time (good thing). Everything after was far from it. Took my SIM card out, tray was broken. Didn't think too much of it. Verizon wouldn't take it, so I kept looking at it. It wasn't unlocked. Only T-Mobile. Went to T-Mobile yesterday. They looked up everything and activated me. Ported me over. All was well until 24 hr later. The phone kept reverting back to old settings. None of it is compatible with what I need. But when I kept trying to unlock from T-Mobile (before I thought I must use them), I saw four different attempt (multiple attempts). I'll never try to save a few dollars and get refurbished again.

Renewed but looks New!!! Sold by Renew Pros. Fabulous Vendor.
Had this for about two months. This phone works great. And the vendor Renew Pro's is excellent with communicating and willing to take phone back without any issues. No I didn't send it back. They were willing for me to return it because on Verizon network you only get 4g not 5g. The Motorola frequencies put on this phone have less 5G bands than their Motorola 5g Stylus. I know because I have one and the 5G works on Verizon. After checking the bands on the two phones, now I understand why the RAZR doesn't work on Verizon 5G.But that doesn't matter to me. For what I do 4g is fast enough. Everything else about this phone is excellent including the condition. Not a scratch, blemish or anything else on it.The 5G will work on AT&T networks. Probably T-Mobile will also work but I can't say.The reason I wanted the RAZR is because I had the original back in the day. What sweet memories. This is loaded with features, front display does more than Samsung's similar version and 256 memory. That's enough memory to hold my entire music files (65,000 @320bps) and still have loads of room. Super Fast processor so everything works quickly. I am shocked that I haven't heard much about Motorola Cell phones. Between Thanks Giving and Christmas and the sales now I have two of them and love them.Hope this review is found helpful. Just trying to note the important things about this phone.

Hinge screw is not available for this phone
I love Razrs. Unfortunately, one of the hinge screws broke and they seem to be impossible to obtain

For the flip phone fans!
EDIT(9/28/21): Ok, this may be IMPORTANT if you are on certain networks! I originally had this phone on AT&T and had zero problems getting a 5G signal. Now with Verizon I can only get 4G LTE even though it has been confirmed I'm in their 5G coverage area. After talking to their tech support, the UNLOCKED version of this phone is NOT approved for their 5G network(although the Verizon-branded version of the same phone is. Hmmm...). Just a heads-up!Bought this off Amazon Renewed Program due to the lower price and 90 day satisfaction guarantee. Always carried flip phones in the past and enjoy the 'pocketability'(not a word...I know) they offer.I needed to get into the 21st century and start carrying a true smartphone, however. It was a pain to have to carry a separate GPS unit when traveling and sending text messages the old-fashioned way was a joke! Nothing caught my eye until I saw the new Motorola RAZR 5G on tv.Being a loyal flip phone guy, naturally I owned one of the original RAZRs back in the day. It was one of my favorites and back then you weren't a 'dinosaur' carrying one. Since then I've mostly just had basic feature phones from Samsung, Nokia, etc.The newest Motorola RAZR 5G is nice! It's heavy, but still small enough to fit in a front pocket(folded of course). The internal screen is a great size and even the smaller front screen is just big enough to take a quick glance at when you don't want to open it up. On that note, I've never had trouble opening it one-handed or notice any kind of squeaks when doing so.It does get a little warm if you are using it a bunch. Also, the front screen can be a little sensitive at times. I've had to delete many blank pictures it has taken in my pocket. Finally- and perhaps the biggest issue- there's no real decent case out there for it. The design makes it difficult to protect completely and it's a pretty expensive phone! In summary, I LOVE this phone! Sure it's got a few issues, but what doesn't? You just have to make sure you're careful handling it so I wouldn't recommend it for children(or clumsy adults). It is a great phone, however, for people who want a true smartphone with a small form factor- and still get a LARGE screen. 4 out of 5 stars.Jae

Customer service poor. No call or email response.
I received this phone on Tuesday. So it arrived as stated. Phone looks new. No scratches. Very nice. The reason I'm giving one star is no response from customer service. I called the number that came in the box with the phone 2 times. No one answered. There is no voice mail set up to leave a message. So I emailed them yesterday evening and a day later no one has emailed me back or called me. I left my house number for them to call. I had an issue with the phone it would not recognize the SIM card.Anyway I finally got it working by contacting my carrier.

A used phone is a used phone.
The phone is exactly what I was looking for. It's in excellent condition and works exactly as it should. However, the battery is old and it won't keep a charge for longer than 2 hours. I'm pretty sure a new battery, will cost as much as the phone. I reckon, A used item is just a used item (you get what you pay for?)How would I go about locating another sucker (like myself) to purchase this phone back for me?
