Q: Is the coating on these pans pfoa-free??

To put it simply, while PFOA is still used in the manufacturing of PFTE for use on non-stick pans, it's no longer used as a major component in the production of non-stick cookware.

Q: what diameter is each pot?

5.5 for the one quart 7 1/4 for 2 quart. I love these pots!

Q: Are these pots hard anodized ?

They seem to be but i’m Not an expert. They definitely are not cheap material and very easy to clean.

Q: Can these be used in the oven? To what Temperature?

Designed for cook tops. I wouldn’t use in oven. Handles are Bakelite, not metal.
