does this include the bag and the wheels?

Yes it includes the bag and wheels. The wheels aren’t exactly heavy duty and the weight of the basket could be improved so it moves easily without tipping over. It’s great if you’re not moving it very much. Because of COVID I haven’t used it much as if like with training my daughter.

Can I buy just the basket?

No, I would not buy it at all. It was not a good purchase, poorly made and cheap.

Is there any warranty?

Yes. If there is a problem with your tennis ball basket has problems within 6 months after purchase, you can contact us to solve problems.
