Q: What is the difference between 35T, 45T, 55T?

The smaller the number the more rpm the bigger the numder the more torque you will have so 35t is faster than a 55t

Q: What are the screw hole dimensions, the rest appear to align with my m12 ratchet?

Standard 540 can size universal thread pitch and diameter

Q: Can I use Lipo battery?

As long as you ecs can handle lipo

Q: R theses brushes pre fit or cut or is they a break in period?

Not positive however am pretty sure they are pre fit. I received my motor installed it and it has worked well plenty torque with two extra pounds of weight and the metal Injora axels.
