R+Co Badlands Dry Shampoo Paste | Adds Texture & Absorbs Oil with Matte Finish | Vegan + Cruelty-Free | 2.2oz

So I got a sample of this with an order I placed somewhere and was always dying to get the full size - which I did here on Amazon when it had a discount. The full size is maybe 3 times the sample - smaller than expected - but you really don’t need that much. It’s a powdery paste that you can rub into your hands and through your hair like a powder, so a little goes a very a long way. The effects are immediate. I have thin textured, straight/wavy hair and this paste helps smooth down frizziness, add volume, reduce grease, and makes hair more maleable if you want to tease or fluff it. Pricey, but worth it.

I have baby fine hair, and adding this product to my set of volumizers has made a huge difference. The next morning I can actually quickly reshape my hair and not look like a greased monkey!

I love R&Co products. This paste is great for adding grit, and it does provide great ability to mold your waves with reasonable staying power. Also has a great scent as typical for R&Co. Will be good to use for travel as a styling product that is not liquid.But…as a dry shampoo, which is what it claims to be, it’s not the most effective product. In fact just the opposite if you use too much. It can easily weigh down the hair and make it look worse if not used sparingly—especially on fine hair like mine.

My Hair dresser used this one me and I had to buy ! Great for texture on dry or wet hair on my layers. This gives me so much volume. All you need is a pee size amount , rub till it goes clear on fingertips and apply to the root as if you were messaging your head.I have a shag/ mullet cut and this is the bees knees

I have a love hate relationship with this product. It feels like sand is in your hair after using it but because of that it holds really well in my bangs because they like to split. It has unfortunately cause me to break out on my forehead like crazy. It is hidden by the bangs but not thrilled about the acne. I’ve used this product for a few months. I reserve it now for special occasions when I need my bangs to look perfect but not for everyday use which makes me really sad because it works so well for styling my bangs. It gives great volume and hold in the rest of my hair. I don’t use it as a dry shampoo though.

I thought I'd tried everything, but this was the game changer. I'm not a person who generally shells out for expensive hair shit, but this is so worth it that I always keep a backup supply to make sure I never run out. One of those rare products that actually dramatically improves the quality of your life if you feel like you're constantly battling stringy/greasy/flat/sad hair.-It does an excellent job of preventing greasiness-It volumizes better than any product I've used before-It can be used to add a lot of texture-It smells incredible (fresh and gingery)Things to note:-If you care a lot about your hair feeling soft and silky, this is not for you. Your hair will feel "beachy," like you sprayed it with salt spray-It won't make your hair look that clean if it's already oily (although it will look better, because of the increased volume and texture), and it's not that well suited for use on dry hair. The best time to use it is while your hair is clean and still wet.-If you do want to re-apply it later in the day, I'd suggest mixing it with some root spray or hair spray so that it's easier to spread around.-Focus it on your roots if you just want volume and oil prevention, pull it through the rest of your hair if you want more texture

Awful product. Not a substitute for dry shampoo (there are so many other great spray dry shampoos on the market) and only marginal as a styling paste. (again, there are many great styling pastes on the market). Product arrived not sealed and the consistency of the paste was dried out and hard. Very difficult to even get a small amount out of the jar easily. Perhaps this is why the product was an epic fail. Left my hair dry, dull and straw-like. There are many great spray dry shampoos on the market, as well as many great styling pastes. This product does neither very well.

I love it! I have fine hair and it gets greasy fast. This adds volume and removes the grease! I think it smells good too.
