Looks brand new, however, the band does not fit snuggly; my band fell off; wasn’t doing any type of activity. Will look to buy an official one. Beware!

The part of this band that snaps into the watch is held together inside the band with two tiny nubs. My band broke and fell off while I was in the bed sleeping. Fortunately I wasn't biking, slack lining or outside when it broke. I ordered the official Fitbit sports band. I don't want to lose my watch over a cheap band.
