This is my experience. There is nothing wrong with the product, so I am giving 4 stars, but it’s too high of a dosage for me, and possibly you too. I thought I need to find the highest dosage to help my immune system. I should have looked into it more. I have been taking it once a day, 100mg, for about 5 days. Almost immediately I was getting headaches, light headed and a sore throat. I didn’t put it together at first, that I started feeling sick on day two and thereafter. At day 5, I researched the max dose zinc picolinate, and there was my answer. Sore throat, headaches and dizziness are all symptoms of zinc overdose. Taking only one of these 100mg pills, I was unknowingly taking almost 10 times the recommended dose!I would recommend consulting your Dr and or research this type of zinc before you take it into your body.

I bought this to take as a daily supplement. It’s twice as much zinc in an easy to swallow capsule. My previous zinc supplement came in large, dry tablets that were not easy to swallow and had half as much zinc in them. These are a good value, and I will definitely buy them again.
