It’s good to keep an even mood
I like that is a very safe low dose of Lithium OROTATE. Take it based on what I read our soils are depleted of this mineral. I feel better after I take it specially when I feel very stressed out. Wish it would be better priced. I have it on a subscription basis,

Immediate change
I have been doing a lot of research before buying the product. I was skeptical of reviews but when I tried it, I felt the shift immediately. I have felt overwhelmed and overstimulated for the past month and as soon as I took it I was able to think about things without being stuck. didn't work for me
didn't do anything for me, but it might for you. I don't think my body liked them. but I heard good feedback on podcast about it.

Read an article about microdosing lithium,...................................
it was anecdotal, but me being curious, (oh, look a rabbit hole), many but not globally encompassing peer reviewed published papers later. Ok, microdosing isn't going to do me much if any harm, but it might have a positive effect. It did. It has helped me stabilize my emotions, I still feel each and every emotion but the playing field is always under my feet. When I feel good and happy, I don't notice an effect, when I feel despair, anger, frustration or other "dark" emotions, I don't sink into them. I experience them, give them a place and move forward. Not earthshaking, and that's kinda what I was seeking. It's a thumbs up and good to go for me. Hope this helps. ☮️❤️🌈

These make a HUGE difference!
I hardly ever write reviews. I’m not getting anything for this review. BUT Let me tell you that I feel so much better since starting these. I was honestly afraid that I was going to have to talk to my dr about giving me something but I’m shocked at how much better I’m feeling since taking these and it’s only been a couple of weeks! I have tried supplement after supplement so I wasn’t really expecting anything. I even feel like I have more energy after taking these. They’ve worked with amazing results for me.
