Are these the convertible kind? There is a picture with the hook on back straps but some do not have it. Are all the color options convertible?

Yes they are convertible by crossing one strap over another forming an "X". Both black and galaxy are convertible, not sure about other colors.

is this good quality? (The straps and fabric especially)

The cotton pills a little with washing, but overall the quality is good. Been wearing these daily for 10 months without any problems - straps and seams are still in good shape!

What does packaging look like?

They were in a see through package.

Have We big support, like push up ?

This is a good support bra for small chested teens/girls. It is not a push up bra.
