These remind me of the black olives my mother and I made
My mother and I used to cure our olives our friend used to bring from Ensenada, Mexico. The green olives were easy, no need to prick each one with a fork. They had to be cleaned then pickled. Then the black olives were more work, but, they have a more sweet taste, and the outcome was delicious. With take n bake sourdough it's heaven. There is a considerable amount of salt. So if you can't have salty foods stay clear.

Sooo good!!!
We love these olives! They are very fresh, tasty and not too salty. I didn't realize they had pitts but I think this adds to the flavor and they are very easy to pit, so not a problem. We like them so much more than the cured olives from our local store. We've used them in soups, sauces and salads, very flavorful! Great find and will be ordering again!

Excellent olives! They're difficult to find in the deli so I decided to try these. I grew up on them and these are great

Product is not properly done.
I disliked this product without opening. Olives were all wrinkled. I've purchased these several times and olives were always smooth and firm. Wrinkled olives are mushy.
