I love this honey. It's light in flavour, never sugary or overly thick. Great as a sugar replacement in baking, especially in tray bakes which I sweeten with dates and this. On toast is a treat. Live, raw honey with no nasties. Good for your gut microbes.

Bit expensive but great taste, nice n light subtle flavour 😋 delicious 😋

It doesn’t have a distinct strong taste of honey so mixing in my tea is great - I love it so I bought 2 more for now.

I love acacia honey for the delicate flavour and the ability to stay liquid for a very long time. You can easily buy squeezy acacia honey in most supermarkets for much lower price. However, I prefer organic raw honey as it's supposed to be unheated and unfiltered and maintain the health benefits. I hope this one is actually raw and organic. Though, honestly, it tastes just the same as the cheaper supermarket acacia honey. Have a sweet day! ;)
