All I can say is I WILL ABSOLUTELY buy these again. As someone who is gluten and dairy free and has been looking for a good protein source (which can be just about impossible) I was kinda skeptical that the texture might be grainy as most protein bars are, but I was very pleasantly surprised when they tasted amazing and weren’t dry.

It's great to find protein bars that aren't made with whey (which I can't tolerate) and one that is low in sugar. I have tried similar bars and think this one is pretty good. I ordered my first box, the birthday cake flavor. I was surprised that the bars were brown, which made me think of chocolate, instead of the yellow/white color you see in the cake on the product description. I emailed the company to make sure I got the right flavor, and they told me I did.The flavor is sweet, although I can't say it tastes like a birthday cake. The texture is OK, too -- the bar has the appearance and texture of a long, flat, softer Tootsie Roll. There *are* sprinkles in the bar, but they're hard to see unless you break the bar, because if you bite into the bar, it gets squished. The color of the sprinkles is also kind of washed out, which is fine with me because I try to stay away from artificial food dyes ... just mentioning it so you know what to expect.Overall, this is a good-quality bar that's perfect for a protein snack or even a dessert replacement.

Plant based the protein content snd the fiber you can't go wrong and your really hard pressed to find a better protein bar anywhere I've tried and always come back to it. .low calories. Feel like I'm doing something great for my health with a great bar. I've also bought the variety pack. Those were good too if you want to try and explore others I'm not a peanut butter fan like all the time to I come back to this. It's a protein bar. Is it a snickersNo. Is it a Twix no.
