Best evening primrose oil on the market!! I tried many others which caused headaches and were not effective with insomnia or hot flushes. However; this product was very effective from the first day I tried it, very effective with my stubborn insomnia and hot flushes! Brain fog is also gone! It also helped with my bodily aches and pain, finally feel like a human being only after a couple of days of taking. I take one every night after dinner. Highly recommended for those going through menopause!

It was packaged nicely, and it arrived in a nice amount of time. But, the pills are too large for me. I had put in for Small Primrose oil capsules, and this is what came up and it looked promising, but they were just as large as the other order that I previously ordered that was way too big for me to swallow. I can’t fault the company at all, as this is how they make their capsules. Unfortunately, it was not clearly advertised as a large gelcap, and I had specifically put smaller/mini capsules in my search.I will give them a five for the product even though I’ve not been able to try it I’ve sent it to my little sister to use. But I have a give the advertising a one.

I suffer from eczema, or outbreaks of atopic dermatitis that are more like psoriasis than eczema, and have since I was a kid. Over the years, I've become intolerant of anything that has chemicals in it for my skin, and have had to go natural. Evening primrose oil is fantastic for eczema/atopic dermatitis because it has such a high amount of GLA in it, which is a big help. Bluebonnet's evening primrose has the highest amount of GLA I've been able to find in any evening primrose supplement. There are many others that are 1300mg total, but they don't have as high of a GLA content as this one does, which is what's vital for your skin. Also, I don't use this internally, which you can do if you want. But if you want to see results quickly, use it directly on your skin. This is a softgel, so I pop it open with a sterilized pin, and mix it together with equal amounts of jojoba oil. Jojoba oil closely mimics the sebum your skin naturally produces, so it's an excellent carrier for anything you want quickly and easily absorbed into your skin. You can use a different carrier if you want like almond or olive oil, but I find jojoba works best for me. I mix together small batches at a time, about enough for one week (3 pills plus an equal amount of jojoba oil), and I sterilize the container I keep it in between each batch to keep out any bacteria. Since I've been using this as my daily moisturizer, I've only had two mild outbreaks of atopic dermatitis on my face in 8 years.

Bluebonnet is a really good brand, and I’ve used their EPO capsules for about a year to help manage intense PMS symptoms with very good result. I purchased from Amazon due to quarantine and the bottle arrived shattered. This product is not returnable, so just be aware when purchasing from Amazon as the shipper may not properly package the glass bottle, rendering the product useless if it arrives broken.
