This is a honest review based on the product's functionality and it's quality as well as excellent customer service I received.This is the best ever baby wipes warmer that I have used so far. It warms well and do the job well, never dry out wipes like other brands I used. Very good quality product. I have been using this since 2023. I never had any problem except the silicon pads on top of the warmer were broken. I contacted the customer care and they replaced me a new warmer.I was so impressed with their excellent truly customer care. I appreciate it. Highly recommend this product to anyone as I know this is a durable great warmer for your baby.

I am in love with this product it is everything and more of what the description says it is a long-lasting keeps my wife bees warm does not dry them out like I've heard other white warmers do once you disconnect it and connect it again it warms up very quick very well worth the money especially now that cold times are approaching and wiping a new baby with cold wipes just uncomforts them this has made my diaper changes very easy my baby doesn't cry when I wipe her definitely recommend very lightweight and not too bulky it also has little light that turns on very cute it turns off on its own also

I ordered two of these warmers, one for my elderly mother's private lavatory, and another for a small lavatory in another area of our home. The temp is warm, soothing but not too hot. (Of course, the wipes need to be used, not held in one's hand, as the heating is in the device not the wipe, which expectedly will cool in the air.)I had them less than a week, and on Labor Day weekend, one stopped working. Because I had two, I determined it was the cord, not the actual device. I placed a warranty claim - again, on a holiday weekend - and was immediately given very simple instructions on how to secure an operational cord. There was great follow up on shipping, delivery date projection. Sure enough, the cord arrived within 5 business days and the unit is again up and running. Great service from this company, and they sent a reminder that they offer lifetime warranty.

This wipe warmer is great. It keeps the wipes warm without them drying out, and the warmer itself is great quality. I find it to be a necessity for new babies! The customer service is also unmatched. If you have any questions or concerns, their team responds quickly and goes above and beyond to assist.

Bought their wipe warmer two years ago for my first grandchild. It was great, kept the wipes at the perfect temp! Really liked that it was also a night light. We all loved it. About 20 months in the silicone flap around the pop-up hole ripped away from the side. We didnt mind we kept using it because we liked it so much. Then it stopped warming. I was going to purchase a new one when I read a review about the lifetime guarantee. I contacted the company, I received a reply back in less than 2 days. I sent in a copy of the original order, a couple photos thats all. Less than 5 days later i received a replacement! What a great company to work with. Its rare for a company to guarantee their products anymore. Thank you so much for a great warmer and a great guarantee!!!!!

This wipe warmer has been a life saver, especially when it comes to picky babies and cold nights.Parents, or soon to be parents, if you want to make sure that your baby's butt has only the best temperature wipes then this is the product for you. We've had several a winter night where a midnight accident or feed turned diaper change where the a warm wipe was the difference between a screaming infant or getting back to sleep at a reasonable time.We've been very impressed with how well it works, the wipes are at a safely warm temp every time, from the first wipe to the bottom of the barrel. The one thing we've noticed is that it helps to add a little bit of water to keep the wipes more wet for their intended usage, but luckily we've never seen any water escape the device. And we've got one that's been in use for 2+ years now with no signs of slowing down or loss of function.Obviously this isn't a necessary item to have in your parenting arsenal, but I believe it is completely worth the money and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for ways to spoil their littles ones.
