After setting it up, the phone works well, sounds fine, no complaints. The handset is supposed to be light in weight. It also has this very smooth surface. But the manual is another story. It is written in a complete grammatical and spelling mess. You're probably better off visiting a local Chinese restaurant and ask one of the servers to help you set this thing up. Anyway, after receiving this phone I definitely recommend charging it first and ignoring the manual for now. Charging takes about 3-4 hours until the red steady light turns into a blue steady light. It is then, you can start the painful process of reading and understanding the manual. There is only one button that you can push on the phone, so that IS the "function key," described in the manual. Press and hold the function key (2-3 seconds) until blue/red light flashes, then release. Turn on the bluetooth function of your smart phone and begin to look for this phone handset named "NFXSL." Pair it and it's ready for use. Do a couple of phone call tests and adjust the volume of the phone on the side to make sure the handset volume is right for you. Please note that the handset doesn't have any built-in ringer nor does the ad claim to have one. So you still have to listen for your phone to ring. When your phone rings, then press the function button to answer phone calls. Press the function key to end phone calls. Not sure how long the bluetooth range is, but I suppose it should be around 10-20 feet. You can play around with it and find out its max range. There are a couple of other functions on this phone: to reject a call, press and hold the function button for 2 seconds and release. That's supposed to reject a call. Last number redial: double click the function button. Not sure how long a full charge would last but definitely depends on the usage, we'll see. It's a nice bluetooth wireless handset once you figure it out. I got the aqua blue one, looks pretty good.

So much fun and works GREAT! I ordered the pink one and it sounds very clear on both ends and I actually had to turn down the volume on the handset. 📞This is my first day using it so I hope it lasts for a long time! I get a lot of phone calls on my cell phone at work that require me to hold it with my neck and chin. I can’t do that with a cell phone but I can do it with this type of handset aka: receiver LOVE the fact that it’s Bluetooth! The price is fair for the quality & sound!

After receiving the first handset with a broken button, I requested a replacement. I received the replacement and it charged and paired with my phone. After about three hours, it disconnected and would not reconnect despite the handset being visible on my list of available bluetooth devices on my phone. I requested another replacement or a refund to which I received the following email, "If it paired with phone,it will work. But we sent you twice. We already lost much money. If you don't want them,you can send both of them to us.I will accept the return. Then i will refund you directly after we get the parcel."Apparently, this seller thinks I should care more about their loss of money than I care about my own. They are also under the mistaken impression that people purchasing their products have nothing better to do than prepare packages to send back to them.This is clearly a poor product and I would not recommend tha anyone buy this.

Actually bought 3 as a replacement for my Betsy Johnson Handbag! Works amazing and looks great

This is modeled after a G type handset from a Western Electric Telephone. Being a retired phone man I looked it over and could not seem to make it work... Long story short who ever designed this put the receiver where the transmitter should be and the transmitter where the earpiece should be. Once I figured that out it seems to work OK.. Also the directions leave a lot to be desired.. I used it on two long calls and it works good so far. I wonder how many folks returned it saying it doesn't work like I almost did.

The phone seems to be pretty light bordering on cheap. There is an extremely annoying blue light giant blue light on the actual hand set which I can't imagine is good for the battery life but it's also just annoying as hell. Call Quality is poor sound is okay. This is more like a toy in an actual Bluetooth headphone you might use for old-school phone type purposes. Not great quality so I would probably not buy it again
