Fantastic Sensor
This little sensor is great for the automated techie! Its motion detection response time is low and accurate with next to no false positive detections, it does however use 3xAAA batteries that don't appear to last very long at all, at best 2 months battery usage from standard AAA batteries.

Pretty good working with Alexa and Tuya.
Product is small and compact. Comes with decent wall mountings. Is definitely light enough for a sticky pad to hold it.I have this in my garage/gym and connected via Tuya. I don’t have a Tuya hub but I do have an Alexa hub/speaker. Connected pretty quickly. The idea is that this detects entry and then it turns on a WiFi power box/switch connected to two lights. Ultimately was easy to set up and works great. It shows up in Alexa, but I’m not sure if you can use it to fire a routine. I’m doing everything in Tuya. The only real issue, is that the app is not clear how it works. After a while even though I’m working out, the lights go out (I.e. no detection) and the red detection light doesn’t look for me. Feels like it doesn’t detect me but the motion detect is on a timer that I have to wait for. However. So far, has never failed to detect me entering the room and then 2 secs later the lights come on.Cannot comment on battery life.

Better out there
Wish I read the reviews first, the motion sensor does work but it is very sensitive and will pick up anything including my cat running around I wanted something I could hook up to Home Assistant (now ordering a Zigbee alternative) but this isn't compatible with anything. Not Alexa, Google, etc only the app that you connect it to originally (ie: Smart Life, Tuya or Jinvoo Smart) which does have the power to run routines so you can control other devices that are connected to that same app but this is very limited and also doesn't come with a not detecting sensor meaning for example if you wanted to turn off lights when motion is no longer detected that will not work.Even if this happens to work perfectly for your intended purpose I would still recommend buying something that can connect to other services as this will give you more options in the future otherwise you will end up missing out and having to buy a new sensor, the alternatives are the same price or sometimes even cheaper my new one that is on the way was £3 extra (£23) but has many more features

Good value
I use this to keep an eye on guests checking in and out of my airbnb and it works a treat.Notifications get sent to my phone and can be turned off.

Great potential, below par execution.
Bought this to pair with a smart switch for a pantry so that the light comes on automatically when the door opens. Whilst this does work, performance is VERY sketchy and inconsistent. Sometimes the light will come on immediately, other times, there will be a delay to the extent the light will turn on once I have left. I can see the sensor clearly works, as the red sensor light comes on immediately, however, the signal to the switch is getting delayed.I will persist with it, and try to mess around and improve the performance somehow, as otherwise its a great concept.

No good for my intentions.
Installing the sensor is a similar operation as installing a WiFi camera. I bought this with the intention of fitting into the roof of my bird table hoping it would alert me when greedy thieving pigeons land on it then gobble up everything I’ve left on the table for other birds.Unfortunately it’s not suitably for two reasons; it’s too sensitive and picks up small birds that land, and when the alarm does sound it gives out an awful continuous shrieking noise!I was hoping it would simply go ‘ding dong’.The instructions use small blurred picture which are virtually impossible read.Pity. It wasn’t expensive though.

Not bad, works with Tuya app to integrate with Google home
First impressions are that this isn't bad at all, better in fact than I had expected.Used Tuya app to set up the device in about 5 minutes, was relatively painless. I'm using this under a canopy over my front door to monitor movement approaching the house. The app allows you to create scenes which I use to either turn on or off, brighten or dim the porch light during the hours of darkness when presence is detected or stops being detected. Detecting is reasonably quick, probably allowing the automation to switch the lights within 2 to 4 seconds. It's not waterproof or designed for outdoor use, but I have it under a canopy and will see over time how it stands up to the UK winter. I think this is a reasonably priced sensor that works with Google via the Tuya app (possibly others too). I'm happy so far.
