It helps my stomach

I started out with this product as my first probiotic for what sounded like a fairly comprehensive line-up of helpful bacteria mentioned although the "field" is hardly standardized with different products having their own particular codes/names for different species, etc. Anyway, I bought and started with this along with buying the 100 Billion Live Cultures to hopefully graduate up to. I mean, more should be better, right? Well, let me preface this by saying I'm living the KETO lifestyle and have lost #70 before even reading @ the gut biome but thought it worth it to investigate. The working "effects" could actually be classified as symptoms in my book. I'm guessing the 60 BLC is too much for me and I plan to "rest" a few weeks or more before giving this another try but for now? I'm absolutely having to stop this and PRAY that the following effects stop before I have an 8 hour flight in 2 months. Bloating, constant fullness in the bowels feeling as if I need to relieve myself, even after JUST going, non-NON, I say, NON-STOP flatulence. I live alone but am positive that were I around others there would be mention of the "elephant in the room" in short order. Did I only mention flatulence? I meant otherworldly, most DEFINITELY professional strength bacteria working overtime like it was their JOB, type of stench. Yes, it's working. The bacteria are feeding and the gas is a by-product, I understand...but OMG. Thankfully, I'm socially isolated in a Pandemic because the thought of trying to hold this large volume of gas IN until I could excuse myself so frequently and far enough away as to find relief without offending others seems like it would cause, at the least, terribly cramping. BTW, it didn't help me stop my Pantoprazole nor my Famotidine so... so far it was just like adding some fuel injector cleaner to my car's gas as a way of saying, "Thank you! Good engine. Hope this little treat works/helps. Keep up the good work." I think I might give it another go in a few months, maybe @ only 30K BLC units...or less. I mean, I couldn't LIVE like this and it's been a month already and the gas production/odor got increasingly worse, not better...not sure how long it would take to plateau or if you're just expected to get used to it? Sigh. Hope if helps YOU but I think my $50-70/month supply would be better invested elsewhere.
