Used on the bank for course fishing a.d worked a treat. Myv12yr old lad landed fish with ease.. Nice ring when battling with the drag.Also used it spinning for pike with lures and was ideal. Small reel but does a great job... bargain !!

Decent bit of kit!
Brought this to use on my spare rod, was using an Abu Garcia 506mk2 but had a number of troubles with that reel so grabbed this bad boy and it's been top tier! Highly recommend!

NOT a 2500 sized reel!
Absolutely NOT a 2500 sized reel. I have 2000 sized reels bigger than this, this is tiny, quite disappointed. That said, it's very smooth, but probably won't bother using it.
