I just started keto two months ago. This is the best. Helps a lot. Olive oil is great but findkng the real stuff is scary. I have olive oil but this is great for makkng your own mayo. Its so smooth. And cooling in higher heats. Olive oil is for low or very low heat cooking.

Looking for these large avocado oil bottles is difficult. They always come well wrapped and on time. This clean avocado oil. Highly recommend
