Q: Hello. i purchased a stand, but upon assembling it, one of the screw in parts cracked. i don’t want a refund , only a replacement. pls contact me asap

Same thing happened to me it was never replaced.

Q: What size is the wig cap, that’s included?

The wig cap is a netted cap I never opened. Not really sure. Everything shown in the picture expect the mannequin head.
