It gives descriptions on how to perform the position as well as rates the pleasure of Him and Her for that position! It even gives a difficulty rating to each position. It is a thick little Hard back book with actually color pictures Not Illustrations! This will keep the Spice going in any Relationship!♥

Absolutely love this book! Its perfect and even more and better than I expected! The pictures in it are actual people not drawings, but its very classy not trashy in any way! Great and fun positions I didn't even know existed! Great purchase! I recommend this to everyone!!!

In looking through this book with a female friend of mine, we encountered the page on the girl-on-top Cowgirl position, which stated "The Cowgirl is by far the most conducive to female orgasms, and many women can only orgasm in this position." Her response was golden: "So what, the rest of this book is just for men?"My friend's response is emblematic of the weakness, or at very least missed opportunity, in this book. While the 90 or so positions are categorized by various functions or purposes, it generally feels like an unconnected encyclopedia of positions rather than something to help you easily identify and put to use positions to help enrich your love life.Some issues with the book:- If you want to find a position to help meet some sort of objective such as more clitoral stimulation, you'll have to just read through every position and look for random references to this, there's nothing to guide you through or point you in the right direction.- Sometimes different sections of a description of a single position will contradict each other. The "Spread Eagle" position is listed as a 1 out of 5 (lowest) in difficulty, yet it also says that it's uncomfortable for men who may get neck cramps and not be able to stay there long. If a position makes it too hard to get the basic job done, shouldn't it be rated as difficult?- Within each section, the positions are listed alphabetically by name, instead of being arranged in a more logical order such as positions that can follow from one another. The chapter on Missionary Positions bounces from lying to standing to sitting, rather than doing something like showing which positions a couple can seamlessly transition to from standard missionary in order to spice things up.- In the final section of "Fifty Shades of Hot" you'd expect to see some spicier / more advanced positions. Instead there are simply five very basic positions that could have been listed in any other section.All in all, this book does the job of showing you many sex positions, so I'll give it 3 stars for getting the basic job done. But to pay for a book on sex positions, I expect more than what I could find for free in a list online.

My husband said I would never get him to read a book--this one changed his mind! Real pictures of real people in the positions instead of drawn illustrations, a thorough explanation of each position along with ratings for difficulty of position, satisfaction for the man and satisfaction for the woman. Definitely has helped spice up a 20 year marriage!

Nicely organized book with some great new ideas. Glossy pages with a picture of each position. Compact; fits in the case with my other goodies easily.

This book was underwhelming. It has your standard positions. Nothing special. If you’re vanilla in bed and you like it that way this is your go to. If your looking for extra kink and a broad variety of exotic position keep searching.Another issue is that some positions were put into multiple categories and the pleasure rating for him and her were different. Poorly organized and redundant.Do yourself a great service and keep searching :D no one needs a book about things that they already know.

Well, I bought this book then ended up getting a divorce. Not because of the book though! Don't think that! It has some good ideas though. Maybe when I can finally get a date again I'll make use of what I've read. I almost had a chance twice, but was stood up. That's why I'm at home writing reviews on Valentine's Day. I guess I'm not getting laid tonight, but at least I'll be well versed and prepared in the arts of love when the time comes.

Good descriptions of each position, how to do them, where to do them, any needed props, difficulty, and how much each partner is likely to enjoy them. Also includes tasteful pictures illustrating each position. For the couples who want to experiment or try something new.
