Dont use on vinyl
Great for projects that need a matte sealant. Definitely dont use on vinyl tho. After a while ot becomes tacky and very shiny on vinyl.

Smooth matte finish
First time using this brand and I'm impressed. I paint bust and figures as a hobby and have had difficulty finding a matte finish and this one by far has been the best. It isn't 100% matte but more around 90%. It has great coverage, drys quickly and have had no issues of it adhering. I also noticed that when fully cured it doesn't have a tackiness that I've found on other "matte" varnishes, which is a plus. Also, so far it's hasn't yellowed like other varnishes too but I don't really leave my pieces in direct sun light any more. This isn't meant to protect from heavy duty use such as furniture but maybe decor should be fine.

Gives a professional looking finish
I used this on my texture art and it gave a very professional looking matte finish. It was very easy to use. The spray dried evenly which I was a bit concerned about because I felt I sprayed more heavenly on some areas but it didn't matter. I did knock off one star because the smell was so strong. I moved the artwork back into my house over night, hours after it was initially sprayed and the chemical smell was so strong it filled my entire home.

Great Spray
Very good finish. It offers good protection and is very durable. It keeps paint on the layers beneath intact. The finish is satin just as described, and it dries fairly quickly.

What I wanted
I needed a clear matte finish to hit my duck carving with. This was just the ticket. It takes that shine away without affecting the paint colors. Very happy with this item!
