Although the taste takes some getting used to, I am really happy with this product. After using it a few times, I really like the taste and it helps with my muscle recovery after lifting in the gym. I chose this product mainly because it contains no artificial sweeteners, and I also maintain a keto diet so it's perfect as it only has 2 grams of carbs per serving. Recommended for sure.

I use the BCAA as a pre workout vs the traditional post workout as it helps give me energy. It definitely helps with muscle soreness the next day so keep on it! The island fusion is good but the watermelon flavor is not good for me. BCAAs will be a bit bitter as is but the watermelon doesn’t taste good at all. The island fusion is way better! The flush/tingling is normal as well with BCAA but I found starting off with 1 scoop and working up to 3 made that less noticeable. Great product overall!

I purchased the watermelon flavor. Does not taste like watermelon, but it's not unpleasant. Performance wise, this product is great. I use it pre and intra workout. It gives me a lot of energy to keep going to the end. Post workout, I haven't noticed less soreness. Maybe I need to use more. I gave this 4 stars for being natural and without the junk and artificial sweeteners the other brands have. The downside is that the stevia smell and taste is too strong. Also, it's too sweet. I can open my cupboard and smell it. I will finish this container and buy all natural powder and use Crystal Light Naturals with stevia. That way I can control the taste and sweetness.

My doctor suggested I started using BCAA to reduce muscle pain after workouts. I’m not as young as I used to be, and I was having trouble sleeping the night after a workout even with ibuprofen. It wasn’t easy to find BCAA’s without sucrolose or other poor quality artificial sweeteners. But this product checked the boxes. The flavor is fine (I’m accustomed to the aftertaste of stevia and monkfruit). It wasn’t until I ran out of this product that I realized how effective it was. I've used this product in the past and chose it largely because everyone says BCAA supplements taste awful but this one was ok. So this was the first and only BCAAs that I've tried. I did find the taste pretty mild and didn't have any problem drinking it. The supplement itself is good for my fasted workouts and I take some pre- and post-workout. No problems with the supplement, it is very high quality.In any case, my last jar was running out so I ordered a new jar which says "New and Improved" on the front. I'm not sure exactly was has changed, but the taste has taken a turn for the worse. I can barely choke the stuff down now. I may seek an alternative brand/flavor when this jar runs out.One thing that did improve was my old Reload would "froth" and after I drank the liquid, I would often have to take a spoon and eat the froth. This seems to have gotten a lot better and I don't notice frothing hardly at all with the new version. However, I did recently switch to shaking the mix in a sealed container instead of stirring and that had already improved the frothing. I highly recommend shaking to mix instead of stirring.

I've been using this product for several months now and am really happy with it. It's difficult finding all-natural fitness supplements especially at an affordable rate, but MRM continues to deliver. I don't use this as post-workout, but I add it to my water bottle and start drinking just before and continue to sip during my workouts. Most of my workouts are a combo of functional, plyometric, and weightlifting movements.Let's face facts -- it's pretty darn difficult to prove that the supplements we take do what they claim to do, at least without carefully applying the scientific method to our experiments. I frankly can't claim that this one truly helps with recovery or with any of the other things that people say like that it reduces soreness, etc, although I ran out recently and had a few workouts without it while waiting for the delivery. I did seem to struggle a little bit more during the workouts, but there are other factors and so I can't claim that it was because of the lack of BCAA supplement.I can say that while I've been using BCAAs consistently for the last 6+ months along with very strict diet and 5-7 workouts a week, I've seen some very good progress -- but again, I can't point to how much of that is directly attributed to this supplement.The flavor of the product is great -- mostly because it's not sickeningly sweet and since it doesn't use sucralose it doesn't leave that strange, slick mouthfeel after drinking it. I'm so satisfied with this product that I don't feel the need to continue shopping around for any other BCAAs, it suits me just fine and I'll continue using it.

tastes like watermelon juice. I only use one scoop and that's strong enough for me
