I'm not sure what that means either, but the fret dots went on easily and I'm quite happy with them. Just hold each one in place on peel the backing off.

Q: What's the diameter of these decals?

The diameter of the fret markers is 3mm.

Q: Are they black or white because in the description it says both.

The ones listed here have ivory centers inside of black borders, but as I understand it, the company also makes all-white and all-black markers.

Q: My electric Sheraton has inlays up to the 15th fret. I would like to subtly mark the rest with these. Will they adhere to the urethane gloss too?

Yes they will adhere to a urethane finish. However, if your hands come in constant contact with them, like using your thumb over the neck, they can wear off over time.
