Great Replacement Charger for Matching Computer Models

I bought a battery the same time I bought this charger both work well not had long enough to make any complaints but not be long enough to boast about it either

Power cord
So matched specs to this item to my old used cord on laptop an everything seemed fine till after bout an hour it seems like it gets way to hot. So I don't know if that should be an issue or normal for a replacement cord. Laptop has acted up or nothing like that.
