Good quality

My husband is in a nursing home & abduction pillows ate used to separate his legs during the night. This pillow is holding up well, better than the brand the nursing home ordered for him last time. The foam seems much more durable.

If you need an abduction pillow, buy it!

Honestly, I hate this thing. However, I also really like it. Abductor pillows prevent something very bad like dislocation in post hip replacement recovery. Also, they force you to only sleep on your back. So...you may be more uncomfortable, but you will be safe.This device really works. The wide velcro straps stay-put and provide lots of surface area on the outside of your legs to prevent irritation.

This pillow is too light.

This pillow is too light. When having to change a patient after Hip surgery, the pillow do not support the legs that way it should.
