I have been using this contact paper on my bedroom furniture to give it a makeover. The structure of my units are vineer so they cant be woostained but the doors/draw fronts/tops/padel boards can as they are pine.This contact paper is the perfect match for the antique pine woodstain I'm using on the other parts of my furniture.Easy to peel, and stick once you have measured the amount needed.the helpful square's on the reverse is a good guideline to cut accurately. I have ordered at least 20 of these as my project is large, I may need a few more but I buy as I go along.Highly recommended! 😁💯

Look great but it can be stubborn to stay stuck.

Used lots of Fablon over the years to cover anything from doors to hifi including speakers .When it comes to a Wood finish up until now they have been ok from a distance but very 1 dimensional when close up.This Fablon Does actually have a texture to it that looks very impressive even close up . When you run your fingers over it { apart from giving you a funny feeling my mummy warned me about } it feels like your touching a decent veneer but without the much harder job of covering something with it .Highly Recommended and does have a decent adhesion to it .

The rolls are not white but a light cream , with a beige woodgrain effect whick has a faint silver to it in the right light . When unrolling the creases are many and no amount of working the stuff gets them out even with heat . Its not very good adhesive either .Expensive and not worth buying . Returned 5 unopened rolls , the one i attempted to use was an expensive mistake .Went elsewhere and purchased 15mt for half the price .And yes im totally used to working with film and vynal wrap .

This came up in my search for vinyl wrap but it is quite thick and not pliable under heat. That said, it would be quite durable due to thickness. It lacks in ‘stickiness’ on narrow edge strips, and it constantly comes unstuck and sticks out so I will need to pull it off and get a different product.

easy to put on and easy to clean

Having used cheaper products of similar nature, this may be more expensive but it is certainly of a much higher quality. The old adage you get what you pay for applies here. The glue is very good but once adhered to the surface it can be tricky to remove for readjustment. Other than that it is absolutely brilliant and leaves no odours like the cheaper ones...

Be careful with the size of what you plan to cover before you buy this. This is a good product in that the quality is good and the pattern is nice for the price. However, I bought it to cover a desk top and the pattern cannot be ‘stitched’ together so there is an extremely visible join line. I’d suggest that you make sure whatever you are covering fits within the width of the roll as I have had to start looking for a different option as this ended up being a waste of money
