The flavor isn't my favorite, but I wasn't drinking it to taste good. It was the only thing that I felt actually made an impact on my milk supply. And the flavory isn't BAD, it's just not as enjoyable as some other things, like some of the munchkin products. but those did nothing for me, so it was well worth it to switch to this.

I’m not 100% sure how well this tea actually worked and if it contributed to me having an easier labor, But I drank this tea once or twice a day 2-3 monthes before my due date, and had a very easy first delivery. The tea does not taste bad, it’s pretty plain, and I would just brew it with black or green tea to make it taste better.

Not only does this tea taste great, but I swear by this tea during my cycle. I feel like I can tell a difference when I forget to drink it. Recommend drinking it 3-5 days before your cycle begins.

I bought this tea while pregnant because many people in a Facebook group recommended it, claiming it helps with labor. In my personal experience, that wasn’t the case — I didn’t notice any difference or special effects from drinking it regularly.When the tea arrived, I was concerned it might be fake because the box and tea bags looked different than I expected. After checking online, I learned it was just their new eco-friendly packaging.As a big tea drinker, I find the quality of this tea just average. One thing to note: if the water is too hot, the tea tends to leave a lot of dark residue floating in the cup and settling at the bottom. Using hot — but not boiling — water helps reduce that.Overall, I didn’t enjoy the taste or experience enough to recommend it. It’s okay, but not something I’d buy again.

I absolutely love this tea. I used it when I had just given birth to start my milk production and within a few days I started seeing the milk come in in a great volume. I love the ingredients and it’s gentle on my stomach so no issues there. I don’t know if you’re supposed to do this, but I added two teabags kinda get the full effect and it was really good. A couple of times. I paired it with some chamomile tea as well as i heard chamomile helps boost milk production. overall i highly recommend this product, especially for the price as I think it’s would be more expensive at Whole Foods or another grocery store.
