Tool worked well. Used it on ring gear backlash.

We have an electrical motor repair shop. We use these everyday and we the type of work we do, this tool is exactly what is needed.

Product worked 5 or 6 times in 4 months then the dial quit moving. Amazon refunded me and I will find a better product from another vendor.

I was looking forward to what looks like an attractive half brass/steel turn face, with wide-spaced grips. The gauge I received has a completely steel turn face with close-spaced grips. The box in the image looks similar, as does everything else about the gauge.

I bought 2 of these to be used to indicate parts in a four jaw chuck. on a lathe. Wow is all I can say about these indicators. The needle came off within the first week of use. I believe it wasnt able to handle the vibration from hitting hammer on the part. The second one also didn't work well as it kept stopping in place until finally needle popped off. Will not buy these again. if Price ian issue there are others the same price that work way better don't waste your money on this crap.

Delivered as advertised. Easily mounts to my mag base and tip is easy to remove and add extensions. Will see how it hold up over time. Good value.
