I think this is a good product, came as expected, and was easy to return. I have high arches in my foot and other issues and have been trying to find a comfortable shoe to wear in the OR for work. These were comfortable to start out, but after standing for 3 hours, my foot was killing me. Could be my anatomy, but wasn't as comfortable as I hoped they would be

I had high expectations especially due to price. Not even 3 months later of wearing them once a week in clinical and one of the strap white buttons (that is made of plastic) broke so therefore I can’t use the strap.

I was nervous to put these on myself as I am not handy, but was able to do this with only a small pair of scissors(break rubber seal on shoe) and what came in the package. Straps are great and feel sturdy. They wiggle somewhat but its to make it flexible to put on/off and walk in.

Was not aware prior to purchase that a 3mm hole punch was required, but was able to make hole with ease using blunt needle at work. A bit difficult snap the holders into place. Strap does not stay in place, easily becomes unbuckled frequently and has me dragging and stomping all over it.

Made well. Provides confort over long long hours of walking or standing. Medical professionals can attest to quality and value. Ankle strap buckle could use improvement as they break away though can still be ulilized without

I had a pair of Dawgs but it had no strap. I bought these and guess what? THEY WORK GREAT!

Honestly, was not sure if the size I ordered would be a little too big. So I ordered the heel strap. I purchased these clogs without holes. So although I have not needed the heel strap, it looks cute just across the top of the clog!

Strap and inserts are an excellent addition to an already excellent shoe!
