Q: can I use these with an impact driver and if yes, what item do I need so that they will fit in it?

Bits should fit without need for adopter.

Q: Wich works on hard concrete? gold or black? Do they last?

From the description, any or all of them should work with concrete, as long as it's not reinforced (no Re-bar in the concrete). They are all carbide tipped, according to the description , and that is exactly what you need for drilling into concrete. Any other type of bit, even titanium, is not hard enough to drill through concrete due to the hardness and, espcially, the rough surface which causes overheating and failure of the bit(s). I presume it to mean that concrete containing rebar should be avoided.
