There is nothing intrinsically wrong with this product, but we didn't realise until it was installed that it wasn't suitable for our water system. We have a cold water tank in the loft, which feeds the hot water tank, and the hot water then goes to the kitchen sink. So basically, gravity is responsible for the hot water pressure. Unfortunately, this doesn't provide sufficient pressure for this kind of tap, so the hot water comes out as just a dribble. To get it fixed would involve installing a separate pump on the hot water pipe under the sink. So we can either do that or replace the tap. It's a shame, because it's perfectly okay otherwise and looks very nice. So be warned - check how your water system works before you buy this product!

I had been looking for a black pull out tap for several weeks, but the usual kitchen shops/websites seemed extortionately highly priced, so I was dubious when I found this one at such a low price point.However, we had a kitchen to fit and no tap, so I ordered it thinking I could send it back if not up to scratch. I was very impressed when it arrived, it is sturdy, weighty, well put together, and comes with pretty clear instructions (unlike a lot of amazon products!)My partner fitted it with little hassle (small leak but due to fixing washers not being tightened enough, all fixed now) and was impressed with the quality.Overall, definitely a great value purchase, that would hold its own against much more expensive versions from professional kitchen shops.

I replaced a tap we had bought only 12 months before. We have now had this tap used it since March, it looks great and works great. We like the switch from spray to hose. Also the fact it can be pulled out to spray more than just the sink area.After a couple of years the black is chipping not as a,result of us.

Love this tap, real addition to my new kitchen, easy to fit and looks fantastic. The shower function is strong and great for rinsing plates etc before putting in the dishwasher.

I really like this tap, it’s easy to fit & makes tidying up easy. I’ve had it since June 2020 and now it’s April 2021 and the levers/handle fallen off randomly today. It could be an easy fix but we’re not sure why & can’t return it. Other than that I really love the tap it’s shower head option is brill and powerful and the non shower head is great too it’s also a great price. Up to you if you want to buy it but worth giving my experience with it

I love this tap, it looks amazing in my new kitchen. Arrived promptly and really well packaged. Only problem is that the matt coating has chipped a tiny bit when I hit the kettle off it while filling. It's barely noticeable but proves you need to take care with this. Otherwise, it's fab!
