Fabulous!!!I made lavender lime zucchini bread. It was superb! I just added about 1 T 1/2 of crushed lavender. I didnt want to add whole flowers so crushed in blender but not so much to a powder. Im not a good judge of sizes, but I must say this jar is way bigger than I expected and mama is happy!

This lavender is perfect- extraordinarily fragrant. I was hesitant due to reviews about debris, but gave it a chance due to all the other great reviews.The debris is minimal and there aren't any "seeds". If you've ever seen a lavender seed, they're smaller than a poppy seed. Very good quality, smells amazing, purple color, just what I needed to make simple syrup. I'm also getting some Butterfly Pea Flower to color the syrup, but I ordered from Walmart due to faster delivery.

We love this product, adds that cool touch to making mixed drinks (if that's what you're using it for). This will last us quite a while, but will definitely buy again. Smells fresh, brings the calm to your Lavender Gin Cocktail.

Be ready - the container is large and packed completely full. Cooks well in cakes and other baked goods, but is sometimes bitter in drinks, even when using the blender. Not a smooth change.
