Have been taking these for over a year. Bp reduced with over 3-5 hours of walking a week in one hour slots. Medication halved in one year.

I don't know if this is any good or not. I suppose the results will only be internal. It certainly didn't make me feel any different.

Do they work? No idea, but my BP is no longer needing medication
In the past 5 months I have been taking these - when I can remember. I was needing medication for high blood pressure, but in the 5 months I have changed my diet and exercise and lost 5 stone and now no longer need medication as my BP is normal. Have these worked, I have no idea, but hope they have
