Waste of money. Just another 'How to become a successful freelance copywriter' book.
What a waste of time and money. Breyer cons the reader into thinking SEO/copywriting is new. The smartest thing about the book is the title. It sure conned me into thinking this wasn't yet another 'freelance writing/how to make money" book. Her descriptions of processes are vague at best. Will not buy another from this author. Five pages on why a fast internet speed is important to do business? A more appropriate title for this book would be "How to fill 50 pages with pointless and useless information". SAVE YOUR MONEY,DONT BUY IT.

... at least one so I could post what a waste of money this book is
Had to give it at least one so I could post what a waste of money this book is. Maybe, MAYBE, 15 - 20 years ago it would have been relevant. But, in today's technology, it is not only a waste of time to red it, but a waste of money to purchase it..

Amazing
I have no idea why people would give bad ratings on this. If you purchased it and you aren't interested in writing, it's your own fault. You can earn money by just typing out a couple of articles! Here's a quick summary of the book:Chapter 1- It shows the experience of the author and how she started making 60 bucks per hour.Chapter 2- It gives you 6 reasons why SEO writing is a good option for making bucksChapter 3- It gives you vocab. Most of the vocab is stuff you already know.Chapter 4- It gives you 7 tips to help you succeed in SEO writingChapter 5- It gives you grammar rules you should have learned in 2nd grade. These are rules you need to follow in order to please your client. If you got over a C in your LA grade during 2nd grade, you should be already keeping these grammar rules.Chapter 6- It teaches you how to write a good article so that you can impress your client.Chapter 7- It teaches you how to set up your SEO thingy.Chapter 8- It teaches you how to deal with problems and be persistent.SEO writing: I'll make this simple. We all know that SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization, but I think that the dictionary did a horrible job of explaining it: "short for search engine optimization." Here is the simple definition: SEO writing is you writing articles and getting paid by people who own websites and are too lazy to write their own articles. After you read this review you should know that if you are not interested in writing, you should not buy this book. If you are slow at typing, don't be lazy. Start typing. If you are bad at writing, who cares? Just improve it. Plus, the book provides good-enough tips to help you. This book is only 2.99 dollars. If you are sad that you lost 3 dollars buying a book on how to earn 60 bucks per hour, well, then maybe you should go and do a single SEO article, because you certainly are going to earn the bucks back. This book is very informative. It is not a loss. I highly recommend it to people who are: Stubborn and don't like getting bossed around, People who waste so much money that they are in debt. If you are just lazy, well, don't buy this book.

I enjoyed reading this
I enjoyed reading this, but that is as far as it goes with me. The author tells you what this magical secret is, which if you haven't heard of of SEO, would be. A general over view of how they did it. Not much step by step. Not much information on how to do it or do it proficiently. Then jumps into a gloss over of starting your own freelance gig. This is a great introduction and breif overview. Not a step by step guide. Your computer will not be a money making machine after only reading this book. Use your computer to Google SEO or SEO books / courses. You could probably even type SEO into Amazon and see what the top selling books are.I would not spend my money on this if I could do it over again.

Lacking
This is the simplest guide to becoming an SEO content writer. It goes a little like this: Go on google and look up the information you need. There is no secret to anything here. Just another person trying to sell you an ebook with little to no useful information. She did exactly what she did as an SEO writer for websites, then she took that simple information and made it into an ebook that she could sell as the magic secret only she knows.

What is SEO Writing & Why Do I Care?
From Wiki: “SEO writing is Search Engine Optimization writing. It is writing that is focused on grabbing the attention of the search engines using specific, targeted words or phrases (called keywords or keyword phrases), and using them in specific ways.”I recently read a book by Avery Breyer called Turn Your Computer Into A Money Machine. Provocative title.Fortunately this is not a get-rich-quick book nor is it super detailed. But it is a practical, crystal clear outline how someone turned their computer into a money machine but learning and applying practical principles in writing for blogs, websites and others (whose writing skills may not be the best or they don’t have the time). What a gig. And yet she’s factored into making $60 an hour doing this. How?Read the Book! She goes over why this method is the best method of writing for a 21st century gig economy that is proven to make some money. Her cheat sheet for common pitfalls she’s fallen into and why you’re not going to.Eight steps for producing flawless work every time that will impress your clients.Final Thoughts:Yes, I know this sounds more like a commercial than a review. I was impressed with the informal style of the book and unlike many ebooks I’ve read I did not see any typos or odd English.I do like writing and may just take the author up on the freebies on her website and write a few articles. I may not be the next Shakespeare but I know a thing or to. Who knows, someone just might read it!

Good mini-book for complete beginners.
For the price of the book, it's a very basic overview of low-end SEO short article writing. The author's free group offers good interviews with people doing freelance writing and internet marketing at a higher level, and offers a deeper training on the material. However, the book itself contains very, very basic information. If you are already making money in freelance writing, this book is not for you.

Good if you're just interested in blogging.
I was hoping there would be more to this book than blogging idea.

1 star given because of poor advertising of the book's true content
This book is just about becoming an article writer. Nothing more. If that's what you want to do, then i'm sure it will prove of some use to you. If not, then it will be of no use whatsoever to you. 1 star given because of poor advertising of the book's true content, which says NOTHING on the listing page about the book's true content, -- writing articles for money.

Very AccessibleRead
Make sure you know this is about SEO writing. Search Engine Optimization content writing. IF that is of interest to you, then this lady writes it very well and her own style is part of the learning. Not finished it yet but for home-working, this is great stuff. 4 stars because it might not be totally clear what this book is only about. It's not a variety of ideas.

Great for Newbies
When I bought this I was a total newbie to the world of online writing as a freelancer, The last time I freelanced the internet did not exist it was all hard copy. I think that there are some good ideas here and some useful tools for the beginner. Avery has the niche which worked for her, but it may not be to everyone's liking. Having said that this is a useful little book, a good base to start from and if you are into SEO writing or want to learn some good basic information on the subject then this is as good a place as any to start.

I enjoyed reading the book and would recommend to anyone to ...
Interesting book, I thought after reading the title it was going to be a book about all sorts of ways of making money but no it was about one idea. The book is well written and covers a lot of ground on its subject.I enjoyed reading the book and would recommend to anyone to get your hands on a copy. Mr Beyer certainly knows what he is talking about.

A quick and easy read that might just prompt you into action
Excellent book and it's an easy read; you can certainly tell that Avery has done a lot of writing. I like to see people who practice what they preach. I've been prevaricating on whether to start a writing business for months, but been disappointed by the poor pay that many writers appear to be paid on places like elance and upwork. Who wants to work for peanuts? This book might just be the push I need...
