Toaster looks nice, fits well into the space. Does a great job of toasting. The thing is though, it does too good of a job. Even on the very lowest setting it sometimes toasts too much, especially with any kind of slim-sliced bread. They need to dial down the temperature another notch to get that fifth star. I can't imagine toasting on the higher settings; you'd set off your smoke alarm.

Absolutely love the slim feature. This doesn’t stick out far which we really like and we get extra space with the four slices! Great value and we love the sleek color. Toasts really good too!

It handles bagels, thicker bread, and waffles without forcing anything in, and the self-centering works well enough that both sides come out evenly toasted. My wife likes lighter toast, I prefer it a bit darker, and the shade settings are consistent once you learn which number you like. The preset modes are convenient, but we mostly stick to manual shade control. Defrost and reheat both work as advertised, and the cancel button responds instantly. Cleanup is easy thanks to the removable crumb tray, and the stainless finish looks good on the counter without feeling cheap. Long story short, if you want something that looks nice, handles thicker bread, and gives you predictable results without overcomplicating things, this one does the job well.

Just ordered this toaster after having it on the wish list for a while. It is working as expected but it gets REALLY hot when toasting so you will want to make sure to put it in a safe place not below a wood cabinet. The only downside is we will have to pull it out from under the cabinet every time we use it. Otherwise, I am happy with it. My husband was really happy with his bagel toasting!

You have to really watch it so it either doesn’t toast it completely or it over toasts it. And if you’re toasting four pieces, put them toward the middle and not on the ends as they will burn.

Love the new toaster and the slim design, doesn't take up a lot of counter space. Nicely tucked by the wall. Looks beautiful and works great.

Seems to toast nicely. I have only done a couple slices of homemade sour dough bread. Set it to 4 and had to pop it down for a bit more (should I have gotten a breville??LOL). Came out great. It appears a bit deeper than our old two-slice, and definitely longer. If it stands up, I will be quite happy with it. There seemed to be some confusion on delivery dates, with mixed signals from the carrier and the amazon site, but it did arrive on the last day of the delivery window.

Tuesta perfecto, tiene varios niveles según el tipo de tostado que se prefiera. Y además, tiene una gran función: recalentar el pan que ya se ha tostado antes. Muy contenta con esta compra.
