If anyone wants to know about duct tape, I recommend watching the Mythbusters special on its uses for survival, very entertaining. This product is the perfect size for emergency use. The problem with rolls of tape is that they are awkward, they don't fit in a glove box, hard to fit into your pack, and no matter how hard you try, it just won't fit into that little drawer in the kitchen called the junk drawer. These are the perfect size, fits in the glove box for that leaky radiator hose, slides easily into your pack for that hole that magically appears in your tent, heck, it's even small enough to fit into your pocket. Overall I rate this as a must have for everyone and every lifestyle.

without question, this is the best way to carry gaffer tape in your camera bag. and you should always have gaffer tape in your camera bag. fact. of course, you could always "roll your own" for a lot less, but that's a pain in the butt. this is not the cheapest, but the extra cost is worth not having to roll your own. the flat packaging ensures the tape doesn't take up any more room in your bag than it has to. three colors are great for use in any situation, be it black to be discreet, silver for all-purpose or labeling, and orange for labels, highlighting hazards or emergencies (like marking a route if you're lost in the woods).

A little expensive but very convenient. Each pack is almost 2-inches wide and 5 yards long; enough to make a number of repairs or patches from each pack. Small enough to fit in a small tool kit, backpack, or even a small first aid kit. Comes in several different colors. A good investment.

I keep the grey roll in my work bag; sometimes you just need some ductape in the office, and you can't keep a whole roll around. Its a good length of tape for odd jobs/fixing something immediately; adheres to most things pretty well, as well as skin in-case you need to DIY a bandage in a hurry. I keep the orange in my range bag med kit. The black is really black. I've been impresses how temperature resistant it is. I've run into other tapes that just melt and self adhere in the heat, but this stuff has held up really well and still works. Could be stickier like the 3M stuff, but for what it is it it does well. you could probably use the middle insert to 'refill' it if needed but I haven't tried . I've gone through about half of my work one. Combine it with a pair of TSA scissors, some gauze, some cloth athletic tape and a tube of superglue in a ziplock and you're prepared to fix most things with a small package.

It’s medium duty duct tape you can carry in your pocket what more can you ask for the wild price variety amongst colors is a bit odd but it makes sense I can understand gray , black , and white might be more sought after than ugly bright neon but hey it’s duct tape buy the neon stuff if you need duct tape color will be the last thing on your mind and the bright stuff is easier to see when it’s time to fix it right I only wish they had a heavy duty variety like this mostly for auto repair on the fly like holding your bumper cover on in the rain on the free way or something else where you want heavy duty stuff

Duct tape is in general versatile and useful. I love the variety of colors and the compact size of these duct tape. They are perfect addition to my emergency bug out bags for home and car.
