This comfortable and very light headset is just what I needed for online meetings. They sound great for that application and I am told that my voice comes through loud and clear. I have used them on both my computers and mobile devices and they work as advertised. They are very comfortable and I can wear them for hours - forgetting that I even have them on. They seem well constructed for the price level. If you are buying these to listen to music, you may be disappointed. You can listen to music and it sounds fine, but if you are looking for world-class high fidelity sound, you would be better off buying a headset that is designed for that purpose. This headset is perfect for the application it is designed for.

nice quality, on both mic and speakers, very nice to work from home

bought this because I had to work from home due to the covid-19 (Wuhan Flu) pandemic. I was plug this into my dell laptop via the headphone/mic jack. Once this laptop was plugged in I was able to make calls on various platforms such as jabber, teams, and etc. the audio quality was decent from my prospective. the other party was also able to hear me quite well.

I used my "Sennheiser" headset for less than an hour, usually only a few minutes at a time, fewer than 10 times. Less than 2 months after buying this headset, the left speaker stopped working. It was past the return time, if there was one to begin with, so I called Sennheiser. They informed me that the line of products was sold to another company and gave me the phone number. I called, they said it was the wrong department, transferred me, wrong department, transferred again. This little transfer game happened SEVEN TIMES!!!!! The 7th transfer, I chose the option to have someone call me back because I had to start work on a new job in a few minutes, and the automated phone system (which was in the Netherlands or something) said I did not have a VALID phone number to be called back!!!! Can you say RUN AROUND!?!?!?! So I gave up and ordered two headsets from a more reputable company. The last headset I owned from CA lasted over two years!!! Stick with what works!

Works great for teaching online! Especially if you don’t like the kind that cups your ears. I can hear students and they can hear me very well. I tried it with my cell phone too and it was very clear. One little function to think about is that the mic doesn’t bend or flip the other way so the headset is worn only one way. This may help it to fit over the ears compared to similar types I’ve used in the past that don’t stay in place — maybe. I just notice how well it fits!

I've gone through quite a few headphones trying to find something that doesn't make my ears hurt after having them on for extended periods. I've tried super cheap pairs and some in the $100 range but these are hands-down the most comfortable for being on Google Meet and Zoom calls all day. The sound is great for calls and no one has complained about how I sound on the other end. Worth the $16

The gold standard 3.5 plug headset is koss portapro. These cost less and have the sennheiser tie-in. They aren’t bad. They work, do the job, sound ok I terms of how they sound on both ends. But the mic feels loose and slidey. And generally there is nothing remarkable about these. They are cheap.
