NOT STERILE

These are NOT sterile. As I attempted to pop open the red top, the entire cap came off. The silver cap was not crimped not placed correctly which is why everything came off. I am an ICU nurse so I am very used to using vials OFTEN so this was not human error. This is false advertisement and a huge infectious control issue!
