Pro - 1. AT&T was able to see the watch as a smart watch so SIM card plan was only $10.Con - 1. The watch face is huge(thick) for a kid watch. 2. Can only call the watch once or twice in the weeks that I got the SIM card for it. 3. APP is very hard to use. Still show watch at the AT&T store. I can’t get it work properly.

Well, I bought 2, 1 for each of my kids. 1 is working ok, 1 is not. Won't ring and can't hear. Obviously a speaker issue. Second. No intructions on how to add 2 watches to the app. I had to email to request additional device to be added. I didn't have to wait too long for a response but it would have been helpful if I could add it myself instead of having to wait for someone to do it for me. I returned the non work device hopefully after I receive the new one it works and That I don't have any issues deleting the broken one and adding the new one without delays.

It’s waterproof but don’t throw it into the water:) Panic button feature is really helpful. Easy to handle.

Love this watch! Works great with at&t SIM card and tmobile( SpeedTalk). AT&T sim has better cell service. My daughter loves her watch!
