A lot of therapy balls and massage balls that I’ve used are far too soft. These are really hard. They’re perfect for me as I want to go into deep tissue rather than just massage at the surface. Really good for things like piriformis syndrome. Expensive but worth it.

These balls are very firm, but that’s ideal for me. Some may not want ones which are so firm. They do a great job. The varying sizes means you can hit everywhere on your body. Nice, grippy surface on them as well so they don’t slip about. Recommend.
