My original order got me a defective piece for which the reading went anything between 90/40 and 180/120. I don't know about others but we humans cannot stay alive while giving out such readings. I ordered a replacement and it arrived the next day. (awesome logistics Amazon!) This time the device is working almost as good as the traditional reading system. The readings almost always match what I get while getting it done professionally in a hospital. Even if there is a miss, it is never beyond 1-2 units. The interface is very simple and easy to use. It saves your history, and if you want to, syncs it over to a smartphone using bluetooth. The app is also solid. Maybe, due to privacy or whatever concerns, the developers chose not to have a sync enabled with Google Fit, which would have made it better.

I ordered Omron wrist BP machine and observed that the device is giving inconsistent and inappropriate blood pressure readings when compared with Omron upper arm BP machine and clinical measurements. While the product looks compact and attractive it appears to be more fancy or convenience gadget rather than a reliable medical device for accurate blood pressure monitoring.

This device is very useful for the day to day life of Senior Adults. I bought this product for my mother, she took a little time to get accustomed with the machine settings especially sitting posture level correction etc. But compared to other types of electronic BP monitors the accuracy is a bit high almost equal to a mercurial apparatus. It is very easy to wear on wrist without any other persons help. I am happy with this product, thanks to OMRON and AMAZON

It's very accurate and guides me to the correct position for measuring. Price is a bit high and only useful for 2 person use. Not for family use

Its light weight, small in size and can be carried easily in pocket or sack. BP measurement is accurate and Omron app is very handy it can maintain the history and gives you average, daily chart etc so it very useful when you consult doctor or under BP medication. Data can be stored for 2 users. Initial bluetooth connection with app is tricky, you need to enable location as well if you are using phone with andriod 11 or up, mine is one plus 8pro, with Android 10 its seamless. Hi Overall happy with product and will recommend those need to monitor BP daily.

I used this along with traditional cuffling OMRON, but values did not match and it is significantly different from traditional model. Not sure if I used this correctly. But then, it is supposed to be easy to use and should be user friendly.

It is very complicated maschine ,very difficult to measure the BP due to many settings ,angle of maschine ,proper way to wear on the maschine on wrist,and to keep wrist still and unshaked during the measurement ,if posture is changed or disturbed ,there would be error ,it is only used in sitting posture on chair not on bed,over all it is not easy to use it by a common person,until making it simple like traditional BP maschine.readings found different in old traditional BP machine. there was great difference in readings in this maschine the older one.

I had high hopes for Omron HEM-6232T when I first received it. I was genuinely excited, as it felt solid, reliable, and well-designed. The compact size is great, and it comes with a neat hard-shell carry case that’s perfect for travel or regular daily use. It’s also extremely quiet during operation, which I appreciated — no loud pumping motor like many traditional models. Another convenience is the Bluetooth functionality, which pairs with your smartphone and automatically syncs your readings to the Omron app (I use an iPhone). That part works well. You simply open the app after taking your reading, and it syncs instantly without needing to press anything extra. From a portability and design perspective, it initially looked like it would be the perfect long-term mobile BP monitor. However, after using it more extensively throughout the week, several major issues became apparent, and I’ve since changed my mind on this product. Here are the issues that stood out the most; 1. It’s Far Too Sensitive to Movement: This monitor frequently errors out if there is the slightest movement during the measurement. A mild cough? Error. Slight hand twitch? Error. My wife, who suffers from a neurological condition affecting her hands, attempted to use it a few times but could never get through a full reading. She receives E2 and E5 errors constantly, which the manual explains E2 is “movement or talking during measurement” E5 error is “the pulse rate is not being detected correctly” Even I experienced frequent errors simply from small, unintentional actions like a cough or adjusting my wrist slightly. We also receive E4 errors, which the instruction booklet says are caused by vibrations or instability. For anyone with even a minor tremor or condition causing hand instability, this monitor will not be usable. 2. No Backlight on the Display: This was the final straw. I used the device inside a car at night and thought the battery had gone flat because the screen wouldn’t light up. It turns out the LCD screen has no backlight at all. I had to use my phone torch just to read the display — which defeats the purpose of a portable monitor that’s meant to offer on-the-go convenience. For a unit at this price point, lack of a backlit screen is unacceptable. Many cheaper models include it as standard. It’s a basic feature that should be present in a modern health device. Final Thoughts: If you’re in perfect health, completely still, and using the device in ideal conditions with bright lighting — yes, it will give accurate readings and sync nicely to your phone. But for anyone with a health condition that causes shaking, or if you want to use it in lower light settings, this device simply isn’t practical. I’m sharing this detailed review because I wish I had seen something like this before purchasing. The overly sensitive error detection, lack of a backlight, and poor usability in real-world settings are all things that should be more clearly communicated to buyers. Unfortunately, I’ll be returning the unit. It just doesn’t meet expectations — especially not at this price point.

Goods came with no batteries and scratches on the face. Unacceptable!

High quality unit exactly how described except the add never said the Bluetooth app will collect most of your phone data including contacts contact info usage data user content health and fitness identifiers and do whatever they want with it even if you cancel the App. I feel robbed! I bought this unit for 186 Aussie dollars based on its ability to connect with my iPhone and iwatch but the add did not say you have to read 30+ pages and agree to everything to use there App. My data is my data not anyone’s else! I wish I knew this before I clicked buy but otherwise a great unit.
