A Portrait of Endurance
Steve Nash is a master of the run and gun offense and a joy to watch on the court. You don’t have to be a fan of the Suns, Mavs, or Lakers to be a supporter of his, either. His record and sportsmanship speaks volumes and he deserves our respect. This book takes a look at his early years, explaining why his family moved from South Africa to North America, and continues through his high school, college, and professional basketball years. Some of the information you may know, but most you may not. We get bits and pieces of trivia from the sportscasters covering the games, but nothing like this, nothing chronological and peppered with clips of his personal life and endeavors. When I finished the book, I thought how it read much like ESPN’s segment special, 30 for 30. Honestly, this is the perfect script. It’s compelling. We see how this NBA great has matured through the years, both on and off the court, yet how he still embodies the same admirable qualities that got him where his is today. No doubt the author is a loyal fan of sports; his careful attention to detail and enthusiasm show in every chapter. Steve Nash: The Inspiring Story of One ofBasketball’s Greatest Point Guards is a first rate biography and deserving of all 5 stars.

Great story!
A lot of people forgot or discredit what Nash has done in his legendary career and this book definitely serves as a reminder to just how great Nash was all throughout his career.

An Inspirational Journey
This book does a wonderful job of highlighting the journey of Steve Nash from his early life, to Santa Clara University, to the NBA. It is engaging, well-written, and full of interesting information. I particularly loved how inspirational the story was! I would recommend it to any fans of Steve Nash or basketball in general.

Avoid This Steve Nash Book
Clayton Geoffreys presents a quick look at Steve Nash's career that lacks depth. The writing is clear but there is little solid research and even fewer key facts. This is a quickly written, very brief and ill thought out pamphlet that does little to tell one Nash's inspiring story. If you know little on Nash, this is the book for you. If you would like an in depth look at the court wizard buy other books on the Phoenix Suns. This books tells one very little about Nash's development over the years and it ignores many of his key accomplishments.

Nash and the Suns
I enjoyed reading this book. It brought back some good memories of Nash, and the Suns of that era. I live in the area and enjoy watching that style of basketball

Bof bof
Se lis en 20 minutes, quelques répétitions, pas vraiment le livre que j'attendais. Une sorte de résumé extrêmement court de sa carrière.
